1. Introduction

Sawyer Strategies LLC, doing business as Sawyer Staffing Partners ("Sawyer Staffing Partners," "we," "us," or "our"), respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. It applies to www.sawyerstaffingpartners.com and any related pages, forms, and services we operate (collectively, the "Site"). By using the Site or submitting information to us, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

2. Who We Are

Sawyer Staffing Partners is a Florida-based insurance staffing and recruiting firm that connects insurance professionals ("Candidates") with hiring agencies and companies ("Clients"). Because recruiting inherently involves handling personal and professional information, we take the care and security of that information seriously.

3. Information We Collect

Information Candidates provide. When you apply, complete a screening questionnaire, or otherwise contact us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, location, resume or CV, employment and education history, professional licenses and certifications (including insurance license type and number), lines-of-business experience, desired role and compensation, work preferences, references, and any other information you choose to submit.

Information Clients provide. When an employer contacts us to request staffing, we may collect company name, contact name, business email and phone, role requirements, and related hiring details.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring/exit pages, pages viewed, and dates/times of access, using cookies and similar technologies.

Information from third parties. We may receive information about Candidates from job boards, professional networks, and referral sources where you have applied or made your information available.

4. How We Use Your Information

5. Text Messaging (SMS) Program and Consent

If you provide your mobile number and opt in, Sawyer Staffing Partners may send you text messages related to your application, candidate status, scheduling, job opportunities, and our services.

No mobile information, including your phone number and SMS/text messaging opt-in consent, will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell your mobile information. Information may be shared only with service providers that help us deliver messaging, and with Clients as described in this Policy.

6. How We Share Your Information

With Clients (employers). As a core part of our recruiting service, we share Candidate profiles, resumes, and relevant qualifications with prospective employer Clients so they can consider you for roles. We aim to share only what is relevant to a placement.

With service providers. We use trusted third-party providers to operate our business, including our applicant tracking system (Bullhorn), scheduling and email tools (Google Workspace), and electronic signature services (DocuSign). These providers process information on our behalf and are expected to protect it.

For legal and safety reasons. We may disclose information to comply with applicable law, respond to lawful requests and legal process, protect our rights and property, enforce our terms, or protect the safety of any person.

In business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We do not sell your personal information.

7. How We Store and Protect Your Information

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services, maintain our recruiting records, and comply with legal obligations, after which we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The Site may use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember your preferences, and understand how the Site is used (including through analytics tools). You can usually adjust your browser settings to refuse cookies, though some Site features may not function properly as a result. We do not respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals at this time.

9. Your Choices and Rights

You may opt out of texts by replying STOP, opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us, and access, update, or request deletion of the personal information you have provided by contacting us at the details below. Depending on your state of residence, you may have additional rights regarding your personal information. We will honor applicable rights and will not discriminate against you for exercising them.

10. Equal Opportunity and Job Applicants

Sawyer Staffing Partners is committed to equal employment opportunity. Information Candidates provide is used to evaluate qualifications and match roles, and is not used to discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law.

11. Children's Privacy

The Site is intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old and eligible to work. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

12. Third-Party Links

The Site may link to third-party websites and services (such as job boards, scheduling tools, or application forms) that we do not control. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third parties, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other operational reasons.
