1. Agreement to These Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at www.sawyerstaffingpartners.com and the services offered through it (the "Site" and "Services"), operated by Sawyer Strategies LLC, doing business as Sawyer Staffing Partners ("Sawyer Staffing Partners," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, or by submitting an application, inquiry, or other information, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2. Our Services
Sawyer Staffing Partners is an insurance staffing and recruiting firm. We help Candidates find employment opportunities and help Client employers identify and hire qualified insurance professionals. The Site provides information about our Services, job opportunities, and forms through which Candidates may apply and employers may request staffing.
3. No Guarantee of Employment or Placement
We do not guarantee that any Candidate will be hired, placed, interviewed, or contacted, or that any particular position will be filled. Hiring decisions are made solely by Client employers. Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer of employment, and submitting an application does not create an employment or agency relationship between you and Sawyer Staffing Partners.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States to use our Candidate Services. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements.
5. Candidate Responsibilities
If you submit an application, resume, or screening questionnaire, you agree that the information you provide is truthful, accurate, current, and complete, and that you have the right to share it. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information may result in removal from consideration and from our systems. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any communications and for keeping your contact information current.
6. Employer (Client) Terms
Requests for staffing submitted through the Site are inquiries only and do not create a binding engagement. Any recruiting or placement engagement between Sawyer Staffing Partners and a Client is governed by a separate written services agreement, including applicable fees, guarantees, and terms. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed Client agreement, the signed agreement controls.
7. Fees
Candidates are never charged for applying to or being placed through Sawyer Staffing Partners. Recruiting fees are paid by Client employers under separate agreements as described in Section 6.
8. Text Messaging Terms
By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive text (SMS) messages from Sawyer Staffing Partners (a brand of Sawyer Strategies LLC) at the number you provide. These messages relate to your job application and its status, relevant job opportunities, interview and call scheduling, and other recruiting communications. Consent is not a condition of any application or placement. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, and reply HELP for help. We do not share or sell your mobile information or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes; see our Privacy Policy for details.
9. User Submissions
When you submit a resume, application, or other content ("Submissions"), you grant Sawyer Staffing Partners a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, reproduce, and share that content as reasonably necessary to provide our recruiting Services, including sharing your qualifications with prospective Client employers. You retain ownership of your Submissions. You represent that your Submissions do not infringe the rights of any third party.
10. Intellectual Property
The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, and design — are owned by or licensed to Sawyer Strategies LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site without our prior written permission, except that you may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use of our Services.
11. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to: (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) submit false or fraudulent information; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems; (d) interfere with or disrupt the Site; (e) use automated means to scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Site; or (f) use the Site to transmit spam, malware, or harmful code.
12. Third-Party Services and Links
The Site may integrate with or link to third-party services (such as job boards, scheduling tools, applicant tracking, and electronic signature providers). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties, and your use of those services is governed by their own terms.
13. Disclaimers
The Site and Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any job posting or information is accurate or current.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sawyer Staffing Partners and Sawyer Strategies LLC, and their owners, officers, and employees, will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, employment, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sawyer Staffing Partners and Sawyer Strategies LLC from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Site, your Submissions, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will post the revised Terms on this page and update the effective date. Your continued use of the Site or Services after any changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
